Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Art Pandit Studio, an independent design studio in New Delhi run by Madhvi Maingi. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Discovery calls: your name, business or couple name, WhatsApp number, email, project details, any reference links or inspiration file you upload, and the time you book.
• Workshops: your name, email, WhatsApp number, city, the batch you choose, the UPI transaction reference (UTR) and, if you add one, a screenshot of your payment.
• Shop orders: your name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address and the UPI transaction reference.
• Pandit's Tribe: the profile you submit. Once approved, your name, discipline, state, city, skills, links and bio are shown publicly. Your email is never shown, and your WhatsApp button only appears if you choose it.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, run your call, confirm your seat or order, deliver what you bought, and, for Pandit's Tribe, to list your profile and connect you with collaborators. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Payments

You pay through your own UPI app. We never see your bank or card details. We keep the transaction reference so we can match your payment.

Cookies and tracking

The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. YouTube videos only load when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. The studio's own dashboard uses a single sign-in cookie for the studio team.

To stop spam, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of your connection (a salted hash that changes daily), never your IP address itself.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to provide the service, or as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. Uploaded files are stored privately and are never public.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or take your Pandit's Tribe profile down, at any time. Message the studio on WhatsApp or through the booking form and we will reply within a few working days.
